Description: Promotes flexibility in state and local transportation decisions and provide flexible funding to best address state and local transportation needs.

Description: Supports projects with the goal of reducing the number of fatalities, injuries and crashes and public railway-highway crossings

Description: To provide support for the condition and performance of the National Highway System, to provide support for construction of new facilities etc.

Description: Supports projects to provide multimodal transportation and public road access to and within Indian reservations, Tribal lands, and Alaska Native Village Communities.

USDOT-FAA Airports and Federal Aviation Administration Facilities Air Traffic Facilities and Equipment New Formula Each program has its own planning cycle and individual milestones

Description: FAA sustainment work and facilities replacements for replacing FAA-owned terminal and route air traffic control faculties, improvements of air route and terminal facilities etc.

Eligible Recipients: Federal Aviation Authority towers and commercial vendors.

USDOT-FAA Airports and Federal Aviation Administration Facilities Airport Infrastructure Grants New Formula Yes

Description: For investment in runways, taxiways, safety and sustainability projects, as well as terminal, airport-transit connections and roadway projects.

Eligible Recipients: Public agencies, private entities, state and Tribal government owning a public use National Plan of Integration Airport Systems airport.

Federal Cost Share: 5-25% non-federal match for allocations, no match for contract tower grants. Waivers are not available.

USDOT-FTA Public Transportation Metropolitan Transportation Planning Existing Formula April 2022, Full year FY22 apportionment tables released

Description: The Metropolitan Planning Program is available to carry out the metropolitan transportation planning process and meet the transportation planning requirements of the joint Federal Transit Administration and Federal Highway Administration planning regulations.

USDOT-FTA Public Transportation Urbanized Area Formula Grant Program (Transit) Existing Formula April 2022, Full year FY22 apportionment tables released Yes

Description: Makes resources available to urbanized areas and Governors for transit capital and operating assistance in urbanized areas and for transportation-related planning.

USDOT-NHTSA Safety National Priority Safety Programs Existing Formula January 2022, Interim State Formula Grant Funding Table Released

Description: To encourage States to address national priorities for reducing highway deaths and injuries through occupant protection programs, State traffic safety information system improvements, impaired driving countermeasures, passage of effective laws to reduce distracted driving, implementation of motorcyclist safety programs, and non-motorist safety programs.

USDOT-FTA Public Transportation Formula Grants for Rural Areas (Transit) including Growing States Funds. Existing Formula April 2022, Full year FY22 apportionment tables released Yes

Description: To improve, initiate, or continue public transportation service in nonurbanized areas and to provide technical assistance for rural transportation providers. The Public Transportation on Indian Reservations Program is a set-aside from the Formula Grants for Rural Areas Program.

DOE Clean Energy and Power Weatherization Assistance Program Existing Formula July 1, 2022 - Applications for FY22 closed Yes

Description: To increase the energy efficiency of dwellings owned or occupied by low income persons, reduce their total residential energy expenditures, and improve health and safety.

Description: Provides funding to carry out a highway program in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico

DOE Clean Energy and Power Preventing Outages and Enhancing Resilience of the Electric Grid (section 40101(d)) New Formula September 30, 2022 – Application materials due Yes

Description: To make grants to eligible entities to prevent outages and enhance the resilience of the electricity grid

Eligible Recipients: States, Territories, D.C. and Tribes (can subgrant to electric grid operators, electricity storage operators, electricity generators, transmission owners or operators, distribution providers, fuel suppliers).

Description: The Colorado River Basin Endangered Species and Conservation programs support the Upper Colorado River Endangered Fish and San Juan River Basin Recovery Implementation Programs and the Glen Canyon Dam Adaptive Management Program in the Upper Colorado Basin.

Description: To accelerate the U.S. Geological Survey mapping mission by providing integrated topographic, geologic, geochemical, and geophysical mapping, accelerating the integration and consolidation of geospatial and resource data, and providing an interpretation of both critical mineral resources still in the ground and critical mineral resources that may be reprocessed from mine wastes.

FCC-WCB Broadband Broadband Deployment Locations Map New Direct federal spending

Description: To establish an online mapping tool to provide a locations overview of the overall geographic footprint of each broadband infrastructure deployment project funded by the Infrastructure Act, the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act, the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021, the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 or any other Federal amounts appropriated or any Federal program authorized after the date of enactment of the Infrastructure Act to fund broadband infrastructure deployment.
