Description: Grants to invest in the modernization and expansion of US ports to remove bottlenecks, ensure long-term competitiveness, resilience, cybersecurity, and sustainability while reducing impacts to the environment and neighboring communities.

Description: Grants to develop and expand marine highway service options and facilitate their further integration into the U.S. surface transportation system.

USACE Resilience Inland Flood Risk Management Projects Existing Direct Federal

Description: Funds the replacement and expansion of inland waterways commercial navigation projects.

Eligible Recipients: The Army Corps will use this funding to construct eligible improvements to commercial navigation projects on the inland waterways, including locks and dams.

Federal Cost Share: Unless otherwise specified in law, projects are 100% federal funded.

Description: Provides financial assistance to States to reduce the number and severity of crashes and hazardous materials incidents involving commercial motor vehicles.

Federal Cost Share: Federal share is at least 85 percent statutorily, but 95 percent Federal/5 percent non-Federal for fiscal year 2022. Waivers are available.

Description: To award grants for research, development, and demonstration projects to create innovative and practical approaches to increase the reuse and recycling of batteries.
